Our practice is located about 6 miles north of Annapolis, Maryland in Severna Park, a suburban community on the northeastern shore of the Severn River, a tributary of the Chesapeake Bay.

Our providers specialize in Internal Medicine – the general healthcare of adults. We provide treatment for such common conditions as diabetes, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, acute conditions like sinusitis or respiratory infections, as well as preventative care.

We also offer DOT and Captain's physicals.

Concierge Service for Dr. Stephen Katz

Dr. Stephen Katz now devotes his practice to patients interested in a more pro-active approach to health care. Dr. Katz spends 90 minutes annually performing a comprehensive physical and screening tests for each patient involved in the program, patients have access to us through direct email and cell phone. Dr. Stephen KatzDR. STEPHEN KATZ

Dr. Katz attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in 1992 when he also earned board certification in Internal Medicine. Dr. Elaine ArataDR. ELAINE ARATA

Dr. Elaine Arata attended the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. She has been board certified in Internal Medicine since 1980 and achieved the certificate of Added Qualifications in Geriatric Medicine in 1994.

Elaine Crain, NPDR. ELAINE CRAIN, DNP

Elaine Crain received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University, Kentucky in March 2015 and is board-certified as a family and an adult nurse practitioner. She has 15 years of emergency room and critical care nursing experience; and served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Public Health Service.

Eyler YeatmanDR. HOLLY EYLER-YEATMAN

Dr. Yeatman grew up in Severna Park, MD. She attended Bucknell University where she graduated with a degree in biology. After college, she was a research coordinator at University of Maryland cancer center where she worked with patients enrolled in clinical trials. From there she attended medical school and graduated from George Washington School of medicine. She completed her residency at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and has been in private practice since. Her interests include preventive care and women's health. She now lives in Severna Park with her husband 4 children and her Golden retriever.
